The Magic Well = the bridge between the world of
spirit and the material plane.
When we know how to harness our Well, innovation, pleasure, and adventure finds its way into everything we do. Including the more mundane parts of your life, like:
Time & Calendar Management
Now, I know you may be thinking: money, calendars, and organizational
systems can feel so restricting! And they certainly aren’t something to build
your life around.
I agree! Money itself and material possessions don’t matter in the long run.
However, your relationship to these aspects of your life, and everything that
comes with them, matters quite a bit.
You see, the way you organize your day-to-day, professional life, and
cash flow is closely connected to your heart’s true priorities. If they’re
disorganized and stressful… the rest of your life’s journey will be too.
But I’m here to tell you: it doesn’t have to be that way.
Let’s untangle the webs of doubt, discomfort, and overwhelm separating
you from fulfillment, by creating connections between these less-
exciting sides of life, and your true, spiritual self.
You start finding fun + magic in unexpected places. You feel more aligned than ever, uncover your true desires, and bust through obstacles with ease. And everything in your life – income, relationships, big goals, and more – begins to fall into place, beautifully.
But first, you’re probably wondering how I got here, right? Excellent question.
Here’s my story.
I grew up in Peterborough, Canada, on a little farm on a hill overlooking the town. Even at a young age, I knew I wanted to live differently.
When I was 5, and a family friend asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I replied – after some serious 5-year-old brow furrowing – “I want to learn how to live without money.”
While I’m still working on that dream (and I’ve gotten close!), that out-of-the-box thinking surrounding goals, priorities, and cash flow has stuck with me all my life.
After spending some time at an art school in Montreal in my early 20’s, and discovering big city living was a bit too much for my spiritually sensitive self, I retreated to the remote Island of Haida Gwaii to re-calibrate. Choosing to live a simple life became my focus. I wanted to know what it was like to live without worrying about the trappings of daily life we assume we “need” – money, grocery stores, etc. I stayed in an itty bitty cabin right by the ocean, drinking rainwater and generally living off the grid.
This time brought me to a critical realization: I needed good teachers and guides in my life to help me have better energetic boundaries, and find respite from the constant overwhelm. I didn’t want to hide from the world anymore – but I did want to bring the simplicity I’d discovered into everything I did.
Since then, I’ve worked with a multitude of great minds. To know me is to know my teachers.
I ended up going back to a small town school to finish my degree, and then moved to Northern Ontario. Always having been called a natural teacher, I decided to give that a whirl. I taught in various school systems, subjects, ages, and eventually my own two kids.
I soon realized that school teaching wasn’t where my heart was. What I really wanted was to raise my family close to the land and make deep roots in a small community. Simple living called me again.
I moved once again – this time to Cortes Island.
And so, in that green fairy tale gem of a place, my journey to you truly began.
On Cortes, my mashup of skills were put to work as I became deeply involved in community and organizations.
I ran an environmental charity called Friends of Cortes, as well as managing Power of Hope camps, a program dedicated to youth empowerment through the arts. That’s where I hit the ground running with my work in facilitation, finance, working with local government groups, and organizations.
I also poured my heart into developing a community land partnership with other families who shared my vision of living off the land, in a simple, sustainable style, to give our children a rare nature based upbringing. It was an amazing dream checked off the list.
It didn’t matter what was handed to me – bookkeeping, charitable tax returns, legal navigation, or creating infrastructure – I was able to draw on my inner strength and experience to make what ever needed to happen happen .
More than that, I learned how to make group work enjoyable, and create systems that were in tune with the higher purpose of the organizations I worked for. I also learned and developed methods for running meetings in progressive ways, to give people a chance to be self-expressed, creative, and heard.
Each project came to successful fruition – not because I was a superwoman with a myriad of skills, but because I had developed a learning process that helped me to access the essential soul, and depths of knowledge that are available to all.
It felt good. It made sense. And I realized: my whole approach was actually based in my creativity and intuition. And it could absolutely be taught to others. This is what I have to share with you!
It was an ah-ha moment that would change my life.
I had always wanted to dedicate my life to big planetary change through simple living. And now, I realized there was no reason to remove financial aims or other high-reaching goals to create a more conscious world.
Instead, I could teach people to connect to what deeply mattered to them – their soul connection to themselves, their business, and their causes – in a more organized, intentional way… and create jaw-dropping ripples of impact that can transform the planet.
And that’s what I’m here to share with you – starting right here, and right now.
